Shipping Carrier:
All shipments are handled through USPS, a reputable and reliable shipping carrier. This includes all ritual and religious material. Glass ornaments and perfumes will be packed securely however please be careful when opening as it can be fragile
Shipping Destinations
We ship within the contiguous United States In All 50 States. Please note that shipping to certain remote areas may have longer delivery times.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight & and destination of your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been processed.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, such as delays, damaged packages, or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team immediately at admin@moonmystics.com We will work with USPS to resolve any delivery issues and provide you with updates on the status of your delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and its contents and provide them to our customer service team. If a package is lost, we will file a claim with USPS and work to either replace the items or issue a refund.
